Shipping & Returns

S H I P P I N G

  • All ordered products will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the completed receipt of payment, excluding national and federal holidays. You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. 
  • Domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $7. Will include tracking information.
  • International orders will ship via USPS First class and Priority. For ground international orders, we charge a flat rate of $20. Will include tracking information.
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time begins 24 hrs after your tracking information is received.
  • We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.
  • Soho & Cienega is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the mail courier itself.
  • We do not process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect.
  • If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office. 

 

R E R O U T E D  P A C K A G E S 

  • Soho & Cienega does not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another via Shopify. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving your tracking information. 
  • If a shipping address error is made. Please email S&C within 8 hours of order conformation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changed can be made.
  • If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to S&C, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment.
  • If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.
  • You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into a warehouse. 

 

R E T U R N S

  • Soho & Cienega offers returns to exchange items of equal value or for store credit only.
  • Once orders are placed, no changes or cancellations can be made to that order. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 5th day the item is considered final sale.
  • Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of Soho & Cienega's error. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please email info@sohoandcienega.la to request to return for store credit.
